A short introduction of Jack Bowler:

My photo
Hello all you lovely blog readers and welcome into my very own personal blog corner here on the world wide web. I feel so honored by having you here on my site/blog, thank you so very much. First of all I want to say that my name is really not Mr Bowler or Bowler, this is an alias I have chosen to use. Mainly becaue I love hats and that I at this point want to keep my real name for my self. Enough about this. It is time for a short introduction. I am a 43 year old (born in 1975) Norwegian male, currently living in south America together with my fiance and my son. I moved from Norway and to Peru during the summer of 2016. You can say that I am here living the life I have always dreamt of. I am the type of guy who loves to entertain and that is also why I started my own blog, hope you enjoy the content.

Are you enjoying my content?

I have recieved some amazing photos from home #1:

Greetings to all you lovely ladies and gentlemen out there on this world wide web. My friends, its Friday again and the big moment we all have been waiting for is just around the corner. What I am talking about is the long-awaited weekend and two-day break from everyday life. I have to say, where did this week go? Because to me completely, I have to say that this time around it has just flown past me at super speed. The truth is that I actually thought it was Wednesday today, but no that day had passed a while ago. Anyway, so how has the week been treating you and maybe you have made some exciting plans for the upcoming weekend? I just hope you will have one amazing break from work.
Today I actually feel that there is a very special post in store for you guys and girls because I have gotten my greedy hands on some really amazing photos that I wish to share with you. Okay, here is the thing. A few days ago I came over a series of photos that a dear friend of mine had posted on social media and I asked for permission to showcase some of them here on my blog. As a good person, she is she gave me the go ahead that I needed. To be completely honest, she is that type of a photographer that I dream and aspire to become. You have to check her out on social media (Lena Andreassen) on Instagram and (Lena Andreassen) on Twitter, give her the love that she deserves.
Despite the fact that I thought it was Wednesday today I do feel that it has been a productive week on so many levels and not only when it comes to work-related topics. My week so far has been giving some really good results, even when it comes to my online projects despite the lack of updates. The truth is that I have been really feeling good and have had very few fallbacks when it comes to the health issues that I have had to deal with lately that I have been flowing over of ideas, not just for my blog. Yes, I have been doing some serious brainstorming when it comes to ideas for future posts and it has resulted in many different ones. Way too many just for the month of June.
I have also made some huge changes to my online life or my online social life as well. I have had several Facebook pages that have been lying dormant for some month, I have deleted them and instead opened just one to replace them all. So at the moment, I have one that is being used only for my blog (Beyond the Horizon) and now one that is more of a personal character (Jack Bowler Sr). The last one is meant more like a personal page, where I focus on everyday life kinda things. The idea that I have behind this move is that it will result in me being more productive and visible on social media with both my blog and my persona. Because social media is an important tool when it comes to showcasing my blog.
All that I can say on the matter is that you should check out both my blogs page and my more personal one. They will have a different type of content. Pretty much like my blog and Twitter profile do, since I treat my profile on Twitter as a more personal platform and this is something that is really shining through. On my blog, I only focus on travel and expat type of content, but on Twitter, the focus is broader. You should also check me out on this platform (Beyond the Horizon) since you might find content to engage with as well. Yes, I do know that I am pushing my social media life pretty hard now, but who doesn't really want more of the follows that comes with it? I know that I do, for sure.
Anyway, my friends, I guess its about time for me to start wrap this post up and get it ready for my blog. There is still some work to be done on it before its ready to be published. At least I hope you guys enjoyed the photos that I have included in today's blog post. I know for sure that I have and will continue to do. At the same time, I do hope that you will check out the true owner of them, both on Twitter and Instagram. You won't regret doing it, she is one amazing photographer and she captures such amazing photos. At the same time, I do hope you enjoyed today's update. One thing I can promise is that there will be a new one ready for Monday and for the entire week schedule. So, all I can say now is to wish you guys one amazing weekend. Stay safe!
